My name is Samantha. I am a twenty-something aspiring musical theatre performer who has recently relocated to the greater Chicagoland area. My weight has held me back for years, keeping me from being truely successful in the things I care about most. Now that I'm in a new city, living a new life ... enough is enough! An Alternative Breakfast

This morning I woke up and I really didn't feel like making pancakes. I also didn't want to make any eggs as I eat them with cheese and I feel like I've been eating too much cheese lately. So I decided to whip out my brand new Sandwich Maker and give it a go! I got a little creative, and this is what I came up with - and can I just say ... YUM!
Chocolate Crepe
Inspired by Cody Jo's Sandwich Maker Recipes at New Beautiful Me
Ingredients:
1 Medifast Chocolate Pudding
1 Medifast Chocolate Pudding
¼ cup EggBeaters
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Light Cream Cheese
Instructions:
Plug in Sandwich Maker to heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Plug in Sandwich Maker to heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix Chocolate Pudding, EggBeaters, and water into a small mixing bowl.
Pour mixture into two triangles of sandwich maker.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until desired crispiness.
Once cooked, spread cream cheese throughout square and fold in half.
Yield:
1 serving
1 serving
1 Medifast Meal, ⅛ Lean, and 1 Healthy Fat
