The Girl
My name is Samantha. I am a twenty-something aspiring musical theatre performer who has recently relocated to the greater Chicagoland area. My weight has held me back for years, keeping me from being truely successful in the things I care about most. Now that I'm in a new city, living a new life ... enough is enough! Time to finally finish what I've started.

Medifast Reese's
Wednesday, January 18, 2012
Anyone who knows anything knows that the combination of chocolate and peanut butter is pure ecstacy. This combination is so heavenly that it appears all over the place in food items: cakes, coffees, and my personal favorite, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. I am not a huge fan of chocolate candies, but these little guys were definitely a hard thing for me to give up. Fortunately for me I found this recipe very early on in my first round of Medifast, and it has become one of my top favorites! Usually at the end of my day I round out my fifth Medifast meal with a serving of these. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Cups
Shared by ajanders21 at Medifast Forums
Ingredients:
1 Medifast Hot Cocoa
3½ tablespoons water
2
tablespoons PB2 or Walden Farms Peanut Butter Spread
Instructions:
Mix the hot cocoa with 3 tablespoons water in a small mixing
bowl.
In a seperate bowl, mix the peanut butter spread with ½
tablespoon water.
Place three paper muffin cups out on a
plate.*
Spoon out enough of the cocoa mixture to just cover the
bottom of the cups.
Add equal portions of the peanut butter mixture
to each cup.
Top off each cup with equal portions of the remaining
hot cocoa mixture.
Freeze for an hour or until cups are totally set.
*I use three espresso cups instead - they pop right out when frozen instead of sticking to the paper.
